Enroll and complete this training if you support Children’s Presumptive Eligibility services for the NPI5 on your MLP user profile.  The Children’s Presumptive Eligibility (CPE) Provider Training provides required training to Qualified Providers (QP) to enroll qualified beneficiaries into immediate temporary, no cost Medi-Cal benefits for up to two months under presumptive eligibility. Certain qualified beneficiaries may be eligible to no cost Medi-Cal benefits until their first birthday under Deemed Infant eligibility.
