The Hospital Presumptive Eligibility (PE) Program Provider Employee Training provides qualified beneficiaries with immediate temporary, no cost Medi-Cal benefits for up to two months.

Hospital PE providers enter the patient’s information into the web-based Hospital PE Medi-Cal application portal to enroll hospital patients into the Hospital PE Program to receive temporary Medi-Cal benefits.
